What this industry requires
Agricultural machinery works in the most punishing conditions a component will ever meet: abrasive soil and crop residue, standing moisture, fertiliser and manure corrosion, impact from stones and stubble, and long seasonal duty cycles that push a machine through harvest without a spare day to lose. A replacement part has to drop into a machine built years ago and fit without rework, because a machine stopped in the field costs the operator hours, not minutes. That is why agricultural buyers lead with fit, material and turnaround time rather than price alone.
We machine to your drawing with a general tolerance of ISO 2768-m and hold ±0.01 mm on the precision features the drawing calls out — bearing seats, bores, pin holes and spindle journals are the usual suspects. If a legacy part exists only as a worn sample, we can reverse the dimensions from the sample and produce a drawing for your approval before any metal is cut. Quotes come back within 24 hours with DFM feedback, so a field failure can move toward a replacement in days rather than weeks. We also flag the features that drive cost — deep bores, thin walls and difficult internal corners — in the DFM feedback, so the quote reflects the drawing instead of a guess.
Parts we machine for this industry
The parts list on a modern tractor, combine, seeder, sprayer or baler is long, and most of it is round work: hubs, bushings, sleeves, pins, spindles, shafts and linkage components. We route round parts through CNC turning and prismatic parts — brackets, housings, mounting plates and linkage clevises — through CNC milling, keeping turning-and-milling composite work in one setup where it avoids tolerance stack-up.
A large share of agricultural work is wear and replacement parts. When a welded-on bracket or boss tears out, the field fix is usually to weld it back, but a machined replacement part fits better, wears more evenly and installs faster, which is why many operators move from repeated welding repairs to a proper machined replacement. Seed and fertiliser metering parts — rollers, plates, discs and fluted rotors — need controlled clearances to meter accurately, so we hold those features tight and keep edges clean. For a hub or spindle, the drawing should show the bearing seat, thread and keyway details, because those are the features that decide fit and service life.
See custom pins, custom shafts, bushings and sleeves and custom brackets for the routes behind these families, and the industries we serve.
Materials and standards commonly used
Material selection is driven by where the part lives on the machine. For wear and structural parts we machine carbon steel 1045 and 1215 and alloy steel 4140; 4140 responds well to heat treatment through our vetted partner network when the drawing calls for a harder case or core, and tool steel D2 and O1 cover the ground-engaging edges that wear fastest. For corrosion-prone areas — fertiliser contact, wet storage, washdown — we use stainless steel 301, 303, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 410, 416 and 17-4PH, with 316L where the fertiliser stays on the surface. Aluminium 2024, 5052, 6061 and 7075 cover weight-sensitive linkage and guard components, and brass, bronze and copper appear in metering and small fitting work. The full grade list is on our materials page.
Surface treatment runs through our vetted partner network and is managed under one quality process: zinc plating and black oxide for steel wear parts, anodizing for aluminium, and passivation for stainless. We machine the grade you specify rather than substituting, and the materials and surface finishes pages list the confirmed options. The exact grade is named on the material certificate (MTR) that ships with the order, so the steel or stainless arriving in the field is the grade you ordered.
What ships with your order
Every order ships with a material certificate (MTR) for the raw material and pre-shipment photos of the finished parts, so your team can confirm grade and condition before the crate arrives. There is no hidden documentation step and nothing to chase after dispatch.
Ordering starts from 50 pieces per style and material, with samples available from one piece in 5–10 days; production runs follow in 25–35 days after sample approval. Monthly capacity is over 100,000 parts with a milling envelope of 800 × 500 mm, which keeps a seasonal spike in spare parts moving without a container minimum. Samples can be machined from one piece so you can prove fit on the machine before committing to a batch. Send your drawing through the request a quote form or WhatsApp and we will return DFM feedback within 24 hours.
Agricultural parts are wear parts: they take impact, abrasion and field conditions, and the tolerance matters less than the section thickness and the fastening. The fasteners are covered under custom bolts and custom washers, and the fabricated brackets under custom brackets.

Frequently asked questions
Can you machine wear parts for agricultural machinery?
Yes. We machine wear parts, hubs, bushings, pins, spindles and linkage components to your drawing, with ±0.01 mm held on the features that control fit.
Why is a machined replacement often better than welding a broken part back on?
A machined replacement is made to the original dimensions, so it fits without hand fitting, wears evenly and installs faster. Welding repairs are usually a temporary fix in the field.
What materials do you use for abrasive, dirty conditions?
Carbon steel 1045 and 1215 and alloy steel 4140 for wear and structural parts, with heat treatment through our vetted partner network when the drawing calls for it, and tool steel D2 or O1 where the wear is severe. We also machine stainless 301, 303, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 410, 416 and 17-4PH for corrosion-prone areas.
What is your MOQ for agricultural parts?
Production starts from 50 pieces per style and material. Samples are available from one piece.
How fast can I get samples?
Samples typically ship in 5–10 days, and production runs in 25–35 days after sample approval.
I only have a worn sample, not a drawing. Can you work from it?
Yes. We can reverse the dimensions from the sample and produce a drawing for your approval before machining.
Do you machine seed and fertiliser metering parts?
Yes. We machine metering rollers, plates, discs and fluted rotors, holding the controlled clearances these parts need to meter accurately.
What surface finishes do you offer?
Zinc plating and black oxide for steel, anodizing for aluminium and passivation for stainless, all through our vetted partner network under one quality process.
What documents ship with the order?
Every order ships with a material certificate (MTR) for the raw material and pre-shipment photos of the finished parts.
Can you hold ±0.01 mm on wear features?
Yes, on the precision features the drawing calls out, such as bearing seats, bores, pin holes and spindle journals. General dimensions follow ISO 2768-m.
Where is your factory?
Our factory is in Qidong City, Jiangsu Province, China.
