If you are new to the term, a CNC machine is a machine tool driven by computer numerical control that cuts metal along a programmed toolpath — in short, your 3D file becomes the toolpath that shapes each machined part.

The work splits across three routes. Turning handles round parts — shafts, bushings and threaded components. Milling handles prismatic parts — housings, brackets and plates. Size, Tolerance and Capacity Limits

Our vertical machining centres cover an envelope up to 800 × 500 mm. Turning diameters are quoted per drawing, since maximum turning size is reviewed against your part rather than published. General tolerances follow ISO 2768-m unless stated on the drawing, and precision features are held to ±0.01 mm.

Orders start at 50 pieces per style and material. Monthly capacity is over 100,000 parts, scheduled flexibly around your order dates so a single order does not stall the queue. Design Guidelines for Cost and Manufacturability

Small design choices change unit cost. Keep wall thickness above the practical minimum for the material, avoid sharp internal corners where a corner radius lets a standard cutter pass, and specify thread depth only as deep as the assembly requires. Deep holes and very thin sections add machine time and cost. On tolerances, every ±0.01 mm feature adds setup and measurement time, so apply the tight figure only where the function needs it and leave the rest at ISO 2768-m.
