CNC Machining Services — What We Machine

Our cnc machining services turn and mill custom parts from your drawings on our own floor in Qidong City, Jiangsu Province, in the Binhai Industrial Park on Nanhai Road. Send a STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF or PDF file and we return DFM feedback with a quote within 24 hours. We machine parts in aluminium, stainless steel, carbon and alloy steel, brass, copper and titanium, and we hold precision features to ±0.01 mm.

If you are new to the term, a CNC machine is a machine tool driven by computer numerical control that cuts metal along a programmed toolpath — in short, your 3D file becomes the toolpath that shapes each machined part.

The work splits across three routes. Turning handles round parts — shafts, bushings and threaded components. Milling handles prismatic parts — housings, brackets and plates. Swiss-type machining is available for small parts run at volume. We recommend the route that matches your geometry and quantity when we quote, so you are not paying for a process you do not need.

Materials and Finishes

We work in the material families most buyers ask for. Aluminium covers 6061 and 7075; stainless steel covers 303, 304 and 316L; carbon and alloy steel covers 1045, 1215 and 4140. We also machine brass, copper and titanium. Material choice drives both price and lead time — aluminium machines quickly and anodizes well, while stainless steel and titanium cost more in machine time — and we confirm the grade and its certificate in the quote so there are no surprises at delivery. Size, Tolerance and Capacity Limits

Our vertical machining centres cover an envelope up to 800 × 500 mm. Turning diameters are quoted per drawing, since maximum turning size is reviewed against your part rather than published. General tolerances follow ISO 2768-m unless stated on the drawing, and precision features are held to ±0.01 mm.

Orders start at 50 pieces per style and material. Monthly capacity is over 100,000 parts, scheduled flexibly around your order dates so a single order does not stall the queue. Samples leave in 5–10 days and production in 25–35 days after drawing approval — dates that come from the drawing, the material and any finishing, and that we lock in the quote rather than estimate after the fact.

Documents That Ship With Every Order

Every batch ships with a material certificate (MTR) and pre-shipment photos of your actual parts. That is the complete document set — nothing hidden and no extra paperwork you did not request. The material certificate ties each batch to its grade, and the pre-shipment photos let you check finish and packaging before the box leaves our floor. DFM feedback arrives before you commit, so drawing issues are caught early.

Design Guidelines for Cost and Manufacturability

Small design choices change unit cost. Keep wall thickness above the practical minimum for the material, avoid sharp internal corners where a corner radius lets a standard cutter pass, and specify thread depth only as deep as the assembly requires. Deep holes and very thin sections add machine time and cost. On tolerances, every ±0.01 mm feature adds setup and measurement time, so apply the tight figure only where the function needs it and leave the rest at ISO 2768-m.
