Our custom CNC machining factory

This custom CNC machining factory runs in Qidong City, Jiangsu Province, China — inside Binhai Industrial Park on Nanhai Road. It is our own facility, not a trading desk: the same floor that reviews your drawing also programs, machines, finishes and ships the parts. When you order custom machined parts from us, every turned and milled feature is machined in-house, which keeps responsibility in one place and makes it straightforward to hold a ±0.01 mm tolerance across a batch.

We machine from aluminium (6061 and 7075), stainless steel (303, 304 and 316L), carbon and alloy steel (1045, 1215 and 4140), brass and copper, and titanium. Orders start at 50 pieces, samples ship in 5–10 days and production in 25–35 days. Because we run the floor ourselves, a 50-piece pilot and a follow-on production batch can share the same machines, programs and setups.

Production process on our factory floor

A job moves through our floor in a short, visible chain. First, your STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF or PDF file goes to engineering, where the drawing is reviewed and we return DFM feedback with a quote within 24 hours. Once you approve, the part is programmed and machined — turning and milling as the drawing calls for, with Swiss-type machining available for small, long, high-volume parts.

From machining, parts go to finishing — anodizing, plating and the rest — through our vetted partner network, managed under one quality process so the surface work stays traceable to your order. Finished parts are then counted, packed, photographed and documented before dispatch. Because the whole chain sits on one floor, a change you request mid-order can be applied without routing the job to another company.

Equipment, capacity and flexible scheduling

Our floor runs over 100,000 parts per month, and we schedule that capacity around the orders we hold rather than the other way around. Production in factory terms means the same machines serve sample work and production work, so a 5–10 day sample is not a separate, slower queue. Our vertical machining centers carry an 800 × 500 mm milling envelope, and the equipment list explains each process group and what it is for.

Flexible scheduling is the part buyers feel most. If you need a first batch of 200 pieces to prove an assembly and then 5,000 pieces after approval, we plan both on the same setup and programs. That elastic planning serves the industries factory buyers come from — automotive, hydraulics and pneumatics, electronics hardware and general machined components.

Material certificates and pre-shipment photos

Every order leaves with the paperwork to match the parts: a material certificate (MTR) for the raw material and pre-shipment photos of the finished parts before they are boxed. The packing list and carton markings are sent before dispatch so you can check quantities and labeling without opening the shipment.

That is the point of this page: a custom CNC machining factory that shows its floor, its process and its paperwork. Send your drawing and we will return DFM feedback and a quote within 24 hours.
