Custom fasteners are non-standard threaded and mating parts — screws, bolts, nuts, washers, studs and threaded rods — machined to your drawing instead of picked from a distributor’s catalog. Where a stock supplier covers standard sizes, we take the opposite job: the head form, thread, material and tolerance on your print define the part, and we machine it in our own factory in Qidong City, Jiangsu Province, China.

Every fastener assembly is built from a few load-bearing elements. The parts of a fastener set do different work: a bolt or stud passes through the components and takes the clamping load, a nut and washer seat against the far side and spread that load, and a screw threads into a tapped hole or a mating body. Custom versions are specified when a design needs a particular grip length, an uncommon thread, a special head, or a material the catalog does not carry. Because these parts are made to print, the same drawing also locks down the terms you can quote against: the material grade, the tolerance and the quantity drive the price, not a catalog line number. We machine the full threaded family from one factory:

Materials, threads and finishes

Material follows your specification. We regularly machine aluminium (6061, 7075), stainless steel (303, 304, 316L), carbon and alloy steel (1045, 1215, 4140), brass and copper, and titanium. Threads are cut to metric or inch systems, or to DIN and ANSI/ASTM references — our thread standards guide explains the options. We cut coarse and fine pitches, left-hand threads, and threads that stop partway along the shank — whatever the print specifies. Finishing runs through our vetted partner network and is managed under one quality process: anodizing, zinc plating, black oxide and passivation, among others.
