Closed End Rivets

Rivets

Closed End Rivets

Closed end blind rivets have a body sealed at the tail so the broken mandrel head stays trapped inside after setting. The closed end makes the set rivet liquid- and gas-tight, unlike open end rivets.

Used in enclosures, panels, tanks, and assemblies where the joint must stay sealed or where a loose mandrel could fall into the product. Buyers are sheet metal fabricators, enclosure makers, and vehicle body builders.
