Cement Board Screws
A cement board screw is a hardened screw with a coarse thread and a self-piercing point that drives into cement backer board and its timber or metal frame. Its coating resists the alkali in cement-based board.
It fixes cement board, tile backer and board panels to studs in wet rooms and tile installations. Tilers and drywall contractors buy it before waterproofing and tiling.
